Who can become a Channel Partner with SkillzRevo Staffing?

Anyone with recruitment experience, business development expertise, or a strong professional network can join — from solo consultants to staffing agencies and HR entrepreneurs.

Do I need to be a registered company to become a partner?

No. For Referral and Recruitment Associate models, you can join as an individual. Franchise/Regional Partners are preferred to be registered entities for operational consistency.

Is this a full-time engagement?

Not necessarily. Referral and Associate models allow part-time or project-based engagement. Franchise partners typically work full-time on delivery and account management.

How much can I earn as a partner?

Earnings depend on the partner model and deal value. Referral Partners earn 10–15%, Associates get 30–50% per hire, and Franchise Partners earn 60–70% of net revenue.

When do I receive payouts?

Referral Partners: Once the client makes a payment.

Associates: After candidate joins and payment is received.

Franchise Partners: Monthly revenue-sharing cycle post reconciliation.

Are there any hidden fees or deductions?

No. All commissions and cost deductions (in the case of Franchise Partners) are clearly defined in the agreement.

What documents are required to join?

You’ll need basic KYC (Aadhaar, PAN), bank details, and to sign the MoU and NDA. Companies must provide registration and GST certificates (if applicable).

How long does the onboarding process take?

Typically 3–5 business days after verification and agreement signing.

Will I get a formal agreement?

 A 1-year renewable Channel Partner Agreement is signed, outlining responsibilities, commissions, terms, and confidentiality.

Will I get leads or mandates to work on?

Referral Partners refer leads.

Associates get active job mandates from us.

Franchise Partners receive ongoing client requirements for their region.

What kind of tech access do I get?

Referral Partners don’t need tech access.

Associates may receive ATS access on request.

Franchise Partners get access to CRM, job tracker, resume database, and tools.

Do you provide candidate sourcing support?

Yes, especially for Franchise and Associate partners. Our backend team can assist with JD clarification, screening, and coordination.

Can I use the SkillzRevo brand name?

Yes. Franchise and Associate partners can co-brand their efforts using approved assets. Referral partners do not require branding.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Absolutely. We provide brochures, flyers, proposal decks, and even social media templates for active partners.

Will SkillzRevo promote me on social media?

Yes, active Franchise and Associate Partners may receive shoutouts, co-branded campaign mentions, and spotlight features on our LinkedIn or blog.
